Andrea Buchicchio has been a partner of the “Frus and Associates” Law Firm since its establishment, on 1st January 2015. He graduated in Law from the University of Turin and started to collaborate with the Frus Law Firm in 1993.
He has been practicing the legal profession since 1999, providing consultancies as well as extrajudicial, judicial and arbitration counsel in the fields of labour law, civil law, and commercial law
Over the years, he has gained experience in several sectors (metal working and mechanical engineering, energy, retail, service industry, telecommunications, banking, professional training, healthcare, multi-services, cooperatives, publishing, and journalism), dealing with a wide range of issues (definition of the nature of labour relations, employment and collaboration contracts, disciplinary actions and individual dismissals, trade union law, company restructuring, reorganisation and personnel reduction, collective redundancies, transfer of company branches, job description and classification, personnel transfer, prevention and safety in the workplace, accidents at work and occupational diseases, tenders, agency relations, and trade union negotiations).
